HELP Who are Country Cottage Productions? Are your DVDs mass produced? Can I play Country Cottage DVDs in countries other than the UK? Are the DVDs region encoded? What can I do if I have problems playing a DVD I have purchased? Who are Country Cottage Productions? Founded in the early 90's by Paul Hunt, Country Cottage Productions has been making videos of various subjects over the past 15 years. Based in Somerset, England, Country Cottage Productions has access to spectacular scenery and nearby attractions, such as the West Somerset Railway. Country Cottage Productions is now using Quantum Enterprises as a distributor of its first commercial DVD release. [ More information ] Are your DVDs mass produced? Our DVDs are not mass produced. However, they are made to very high standards and do not use self-adhesive labels. Instead we use LightScribe technology to produce a professionally presented, high quality, amateur DVD. Can I play Country Cottage DVDs in the countries other than the UK? Country Cottage DVDs are currently only produced in the PAL format. We therefore strongly recommend that anyone who lives in a country that does not generally use the PAL format to check their DVD playing equipment before purchasing a DVD from us. [ Terms & Conditions ] Are the DVDs region encoded? Our DVDs are NOT region encoded, so if you have PAL compatible equipment you should be able to play the DVDs wherever you live.
